Removing a wooden window frame to fit a sofa
Anonymous user 28/02/2024 - 3.16 PM
Hi, we have a new sofa being delivered that is too large to fit through the front door. We will need the window removed and replaced, they are wooden casement windows I believe and are double glazed. Do we need a carpenter for this or a window fitter? Seeing so many different opinions online it's very confusing. We are in daventry.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

I would suggest a carpenter. Any decent carpenter will be able to remove them and refit no problem at all !
