Hi all I am purchasing a property and I am looking to have the existing driveway (brick paving) excavated to bring to one level and resurfaced with ashphalt with reclaimed brick edgings. In the process of excavating there will be the need for some dwarf retaining walls, which have been priced for as reclaimed stone also. The quote has come through and I nearly fell off my chair...I expected a hefty figure, but I could build a 40msq extension for this!! Please see below.......
