Extension bedroom floor is springy I don,t know if this is down to the boarding panels or there is a extra joist needed

Serious potential problem there. Either your joist hangers are not securely fixed, or the timber joists are not of an appropriate depth to cope with the overall span. Need to lift an area of the flooring to inspect.
