If i share a path at the back of my neighbours house (shared path access) , who let's the path and garden overgrow never tends the path , dumps bathroom on back can I build a fence on my half of the path so don't have to look at mess or keep tending path Many thanks jr

hi i would personaly put up a fence to hide it if is an eye saw i now i would not like to see some one elses rubbish but if u rent u would have to get your landlords permision to put up a fence if you pwn the house u can put up a 6 foot fence hope this helps you hope it all works out for you from garden creations
