It' either a breach of the silicone where the tiles meet the shower tray (the tiniest of holes will let the water through). Get someone to stand on the tray and then check this.
If the silicone is sound it's leaking from the trap or the associated pipework. Firstly check the trap is not loose. If this seems fine then you are going to have to access the pipework. In most cases it is easier to remove part of the ceiling beneath the tray to fix the leak, rather than removing the shower enclosure and tray.

hello
A good bathroom designer would have left access around the bottom of the tray by being able to remove a tile.
Most showers are on a platform for the purpose of inspecting or repair works that may need carrying out.
Dependant on the height of the shower tray from bathroom floor.
if it has been fitted a long time then you will be able to access from underneath the shower tray.
Incidentally it is a messy job removing ceiling to access for a leaky waste pipe etc.
See if you can measure the distance from bottom of shower tray to floor, and if you have 10 cm or more then it will either be tiled around bottom or be some sort of plastic panelling to remove.
Investigate this before removing portion of ceiling.
