Cost of 6m x 8m extension

I have recently contracted out to do a rear single story extension 6m out and 8m in width. I just wanted to get a rough idea how much this should be costing me. The builder is doing all labour, material including windows and two French doors for £28k. So please advice if this price is good or am I getting conned?

Hi there here's a rough guide on prices so here's how we calculate it's normally done by every m2 so a typical builder would normally charge £800 every m2 hope this helps give you a guide regards kris
