Refurbishment of old Victorian Fireplace x 2

Hello, I have two fireplaces that I would like refurbished. One in the dining room where the chimney breast I still present and then the one in the bedroom above the dining room. The chimney breast has unfortunately been turned into shelves. Is it possible to get these refurbished to allow the original open fires? Many Thanks. Claudia Davis

Fireplace in bedroom is prohibitet by law so from that point it might be refurbished but has to stay as decoration only. There is no enought details about dinning room fireplace: 1. Is it gas pipe around ( if not we has to lift floor boards). 2. Every new fireplace has to have chimney linned (but there are flueless on the market) 3. Ventylation to outside ( more then 7 kw or flueless)
