how much to plasterboard wall and ceiling of small 3x5ft utility room, plus stud wall and door

Hi, we are moving house in about 4 weeks. The new property has an exsiting utility room but is basically just a shell. We are looking to have it plasterboarded walls and ceiling plus need a stud wall and doorway. Room is about 3x3m (please ignore sizes in title they are incorrect) Could anyone give me a rough idea on price and any advice also welcome. Thanks.

Plasterboard and skim costs approx. £20 - £30 per sqm and stud walls approx. £70 - £80 per sqm
