Help! What bath waste should I use for a 50mm thick bath?

Hello there, I have a 50mm thick freestanding, double-ended, acrylic bath and am struggling to find a bath waste to fit (and I do mean 50mm, it's ridiculously thick!) The company I bought the bath from (BC Sanitan) have gone into administration so can no longer supply me the relevant parts. I've been looking all over for a bath waste that's thick enough with no luck. Is there some sort of extension piece I need? Or am I being really stupid!? Any advice would be massively appreciated!
