Who best to ask to quote for dormer extension?

We have obtained planning permission to extend a dormer on the front of our house. Who should we be asking to quote for this? A roofing specialist? A general builder? Really uncertain who to approach for a quote. Any help gratefully received.

Hi there,
Best to ask someone specialising in loft/dormer conversions that way they can manage the entire job.
