Bolting fence Panels down

Hi. I have fence panels in my garden, as im next to a park i would like to bolt them down so they cant be lifted for someone to enter the garden. What are the options to make sure they cant be lifted. Thanks, Darren.

You can buy some panel clips from any of your local did stores these clips screw to the bottom of your panel then into your concerete kick board thanks

YOU CAN USE ANGLE BRACKETS AND SCREW INTO THE PANEL AND MAKE SOLID BY SCREWING TO POST
