Cost to lower kitchen ceiling and put led dimmable spotlights in

Room approx 12msq. Tenament flat, I want the ceiling lowered and led spotlights fitted that I can also dim so needs a Dimmer swith. How much is a reasonable price for materials and labour as I've been getting quotes that are very varied.

To install LED downlighter's you would be looking at around £60-70 per light installed depending on the finish of the fitting. Ceiling wise I am no builder but I would think you would be looking at around £300. I hope that helps make sure that the downlighter's are fire rated if there is a habitable room above.
