approx cost for replacement of rotton joists on ground floor

Please could someone advise me on the potential cost of replacing joists on the ground floor of a 1900ish solid brick house. There is no underfloor ventilation (which will be rectified) and the floorboards are a little uneven in one room. I'm getting a structural engineer in to inspect, but I just need a rough idea of how much any replacement might cost. Am I looking at a few hundred or a few thousand to put it right? Replace all joists: Room is approx 3.5 x 3.7m, whole ground floor is approx 3.5 x 7.8m Replace 5 joists: Or is it unlikely that only a few will need to replaced, if one is rotton, will the rest be?
