Extractor fan fitted in small double glazed window

We are looking to install an extractor fan in a small side window in our bathroom there is no wall space to do this without damaging the tiles. We are on the first floor but there is limited access to the outside window. Any suggestions or referable?
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Hello. Glass with already fitted fan can be ordered to replace the actual one in the window.

Use the void space in the ceiling if you have neighbour upstairs.
If not use the loft space and fit a vented roof tile or fit into soffit.

If you/installer used a core drill it would not ruin the tiles in the bathroom. As it cuts a clean hole. Just bear in mind that any electrical work in a bathroom is classed as a special location and as such would need notifying to building control and you would need a certificate for the Electrical work carried out.

A new unit in toughened glass with the fan built in would do the job.
