flush in toilet not strong enough

We had some tiling work done beneath toilet in Jan 11 ....the plumber removed toilet to do so ....since then....the flush isn't strong enough....its annoying everytime to wait and flush 2nd time after 5minutes to get rid of dirt.....
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Hi you just need to replace the syphon in the cistern
