Artex ceilings in the landing (30sqm) with some chrysotile content?

...remove ceiling and reboard or skim and paint?? How much she I expect to pay? Trying also to get a read on danger of chrysotile .... Am I worrying too much about it?

removal of any type of asbestos will be costly, always use a licensed contractor when theres more than 1 square metre.
cheapest will be over-boarding and re-skim or re-skim depending on the depth of the artrex.
as to prices usually looking at £10-£15 square metre

I fully agree with DeltaStar Electrical's previous comment.
Depending on depth of stipple on artex and its background overboarding tends to be the most cost effective option.
