Cost of refurbishing a 3/4 bed detached house

A standard package / internal refurbish only as you describe should be under £45.000 ( complete labour and first fix materials ) +VAT. Because we can find a wide range of materials and quality/ different performance and lifetime of materials,be aware that small details can change the price significantly in plus or minus. Accurate quotation can be release once all details are discussed, and building materials to be used agreed.
