Entrance porch attached to the house

Entrance porch in the house I am buying is completely rotten and need replacing. all neighbours they have UPVC with angle roof and guttering to keep the rain away. My question is: 1- how long will take to replace this ? 2- how much it might cost (with new entrance door too). If is costly can it be repaired for this year and I replace it next year? what kind of trades man I need to do this? Thanks for your reply
