What are the costs of renovating a small bathroom - East London
Anonymous user 23/02/2024 - 2.58 PM
I am in the process of planning the renovation of my East London flat and was wondering what sort of costs I'd be looking at to update the (small) bathroom: It's 1.9m by 1.7m and needs a new rectangular bath fitted, wall mounted toilet and wall mounted sink. Not sure if this makes a difference, but at the moment the toilet is one where you have the cistern visibly behind it. The walls will be tiled up to the ceiling (also the one long side of the bath that doesn't attach to the walls). I was thinking of using mosaic tiles that come mounted on sheets of 30cm by 30cm. The floor will also be tiled but with larger tiles. I would also like to replace the current "drawstring" light switch with a regular light switch and add a shaver socket and one light above the mirror.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?
