Granite - resealing the joins and sealing the upstand join - Cramlington

I have had black granite worktops and up stand for a few years in the kitchen and utility room. I need the granite joint cleaned and resealed and the joints between the counter top and up stand sealed as they have never been sealed? I`m not sure which type of tradesman I need to contact for this type of work (Kitchen, Tiling or other). I live in Cramlington NE23 3XN. Does anyone know of a local I can contact?

THE GRANITE SURFACES AT THE JOINT AND AT THE UPSTAND HAVE TO BE FREE OF ANY GREASE OR DEBRIS. BEST SOLUTION TO SEAL THESE WOULD BE TO USE A GOOD QUALITY CLEAR SILICON. THE USE OF DE NATURED ALCOHOL TO CLEAN IS THE RECOMMENDED WAY BY MOST MANUFACTURERS.
