my son is buying an old house & the damp course needs redoing, plaster off and chemicals injected etc. He also wants to put in central heating, what should he do first?

the house had gas mains but its been capped

damp course and re-plaster then heating

Injection course, netcam render, plaster then central heating system.

Get all the damp proofing done first, then plaster work, then heating.
