Cost of 'capping' chimnet pot and clearin/realigning gutters?

I am looking for a guide price for the following: 1. Capping a chimney pot. 2. Gutters - Need to be cleaned all round, and those at the rear of the property need to be correctly aligned. [4 bed semi detached house] Thanks

Hi I would charge £125 labour to do both jobs subject to visually seeing the actual job. Thanks Handy Andy

Hi I should say that to get the best price guide for any job and to avoid later misunderstandings, would be inviting a handyman to see the real job, because as from my practice, my clients usually are getting more that just a price guide, but also advice that saves their money.
