Quote of £2500 for new boiler - good quote?

Hi - just received a quote from someone recommended to me - the quote for labour and parts is £1430 this includes a power flush of the system and x2 men x3 days for a new boiler in our new extension and removal of old boiler (it does not include new boiler cost). New boiler is c.£1k which is what I expected. The labour cost seems high though? What is your opinion? Thanks

Ask British Gas to quote then you will realise what a cost difference you are making!

Average labour cost for tradesmen is £200 per day so 2 men for three days is £1200, so if there is £230 in parts it sounds fair.
