Loft Conversion

Unfortunately, my builder has sadly died half way through my conversion

I am in the really unfortunate situation where my builder has sadly passed away whilst in the process of working on my house. I still need the electrics done and staircase as well as a couple of stud walls put up.

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Hello Audrey, That is very unfortunate. Did you have a small works contract or similar contract with the original builder? Your Architect should organize an appraisal of the works done so far and outline what needs to be prioritized in order to finish the project along side the project manager.
