Removal of internal non-load bearing wall

Anonymous user 09/03/2024 - 2.31 PM

Hi, I'm looking to remove an internal masonry wall which is non-load bearing. The size of the wall is roughly 2m by 2.4 tall. How much would this cost roughly to demolish, remove rubble and make good? I live in greater London. Would this need the involvement of a structural engineer and building reg approval? If so, how long would the building reg approval take and how much would it cost? Thanks!

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

being that the wall is not structural i would estimate the works at around £1000 price would included labour, any plastering ,making good, skip to remove rubble etc,may need a permit from the council for the skip. you can find this information on your local council website. any problems or quires please call me.free advise watch out for the cowboys they can be costly..
