Do any plastering jobs first for sure, then leave it a couple of days before introducing bare timber into the house. Good luck.

It all depends on the type off joinery. Plasterers like to skim up to door casings so they would need to be fit first. Skirtings and architraves will be fit after. Try to keep as much bare timber out of the house if a lot of plastering is taking place as there will be high moisture levels which could affect the timber. Hope this helps you.

Hi there. It depends what type of Joinery is involved. First fix Joinery would be first. Then the plasterer. Then finally second fix Joinery.

Usually joinery work is completed before plastering then second fix joinery, however would depend on what job needs doing.

It would depend on the job specifically but you generally go with plastering first

External doors/windows, staircase, stud walls first.
Poster board and plaster
Door casings, doors, architraves, skirting, kitchen, handrails, balustrade, curtain battens, loft hatch, boxing in.
You can do the door casings before the plasterboard/plaster but some carpenters like to do them after the plaster then their doors suit their casings.
