Can a concrete foundation blocks be used above ground and below DPC?

Anonymous user 09/03/2024 - 2.31 PM

Hi, Can a concrete foundation blocks be used above ground and below DPC? The wall will also be rendered. The H+H website says they are frost proof but I wanted to check from people with experience. Thanks

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?
