Can artificial grass be taken up and re-laid?

Just interested to know if it is worth paying for artificial grass in my garden. Not planning to stay here long (2 years) so not sure if it is worth the investment. Could I take it up and re-use??

With synthetic turf there is some groundworks involved, digging out, placing and compacting stone and adding a sand layer before laying the synthetic. I would suggest possibly leaving it till you move and consider it then.
