Asbestos cement overlay roof with metal sheets

I require the overlay of my factory roof which is asbestos cement with a new profiled metal sheet roof. Roof size 2500 m2. Roof height 7 metres. Including all safety and scaffold equipment how much would this cost? Would I need a specialist contractor?
