hi hanson
normally when lamps (bulbs) blow,9 times out of ten it is the quality of the lamps, but if you have good qaulity ones then you may have to question the quality of the actual lights (I am assuming that they have been fitted correctly). If fittings and lamps are of reasonable standard and other lights in your property donot suffer from the same problem then it may be the lights have not been fitted or connected correctly.but start at the simple and inexpensive point put some good quality lamps in making sure they are the correct type suggested by the manufacturer also that lights have been installed as suggested by manufacturer.this info should have come on a slip of paper in the box the light fittings came in or goto their web site and down load info.
