Botched paving job by fraudster

Hi, the tradesman I hired ( Peacocks Landscape Services) has not laid the correct paving and laid it badly. I paid him in cash before I realised it was incorrect. Of course now he has taken my money and ran. No response to calls, texts or emails. Feel stupid and ripped off. I have had to pay again for his paving to be taken up and the correct paving to be laid. Is there anyway I can get this cowboy named and shamed. He must have lied about having 7 years experience because the job he did was shocking. It does not help genuine tradesmen when there are idiots like him trading.

all ways get the job done first and that you are happy be for you pay any cash,or next time pay bye cheque.

It has happen to a cupel of people I have worked for in the past you are not on your own. You have to learn from your merstakes contact trading standards and if you have work done agen Ask for id and make a note,or pay them in a cheque or bank transfer so you have some proof of were and who your money has gone to .
