Which type of tradesman to hire???

Do I employ a painter/decorator to paint the exterior of my house or will I need a different type of tradesman? A little rendering is loose around two windows and I'm unsure which type of tradesman to select to carry out the entire job.... Please help

Painter and decorator maybe expensive a good all round tradesman should be well capable to do your painting
