How much sand will i need to do a 2 coat internal render per m2 . I have a large room to do first then 2 smaller at a later date . The first room is 104 m2 high walls and long aswell ??

like the last answer it will depend on the background but do allow for bulk shrinkage. and always use good greaded plastering sand, helps

One tonne of sand should cover approx 30-40 metres square.

It will depend on what background you are rendering on. If rendering over stonework it will use double the amount compared to block work. You will only need to apply a single coat to blockwork.
