How much for a 4 square meter extension?

Hi there, Looking to extend an 'L' shape house to an oblong shape house. The extension is only small about 4 square meters. Will need to knock down two internal walls so it is an open room and thinking maybe need to put in two steel beams? Will need an external door also. No electrics needed. Many thanks for any help :)

I don't know where you live but hope this info helps you
I'm in Glasgow and often apply for building warrants and use the sum of £1000 / m2 to calculate the cost of works
