How is water getting behind pvc fascia and dripping out the back of the soffit boards?

Anonymous user 23/02/2024 - 2.57 PM

I have rainwater leaking from back of the soffit board where it joins the wall of the property. It only comes through in the corner where the valley gutter is situated. It is an L shaped bungalow if that helps. The pointing at the edges of the gutter are not in great condition, could this be where the water is getting through?

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Could be a number of things, for example, perished roofing felt where tiles meet the guttering, and/or blocked guttering. Best to get it investigated by a professional. Remember, always get more than one quote. Steve
