Extend kitchen into side of garage and extend to the rear

I am in the process of purchasing a property in Luton and the kitchen is relatively small. The property has a garage attached to the side and I would like to extend the kitchen into that area as well as extending to the rear. The extension to the side would be around 3 meters and extending the kitchen to the rear would be 3 meters also. Please advise of a rough cost per square meters for this type of work.

It's a general rule of thumb to allow £1500 per square meter for this kind of project, however this can significantly change, depending on materials specified, and any stipulations by building control.
