Digging out concrete floor for UFH (compromise the foundations?)

I would like to have our concrete floor dug out for the installation of UFH, however I do believe there is a supporting wall running through the centre of the bungalow. Is this still possible to do?
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

If its a supporting wall it should have been built from the foundations, the concrete floor slab should have been poured after the walls were built.
