Concrete gravel boards need fixing to metal posts

Anonymous user 28/02/2024 - 3.13 PM

I have concrete gravel boards and they need putting in to add height to our fence/hold back next doors soil etc - however they need to be fixed to metal postings - how and can we do this? - We have all fences and gravel boards already purchased so want to work with what we have - is there a way?

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

it is possible to use metal angle cleats or straight metal strips to secure the two items together.you can do this by drilling the concrete and using normal plastic plugs and screws to secure metal to concrete, then drill and tap the metal post to secure the joining angle or strip to it with machine screws {bolts} or if you know a welder (or mobile mechanic with a welding machine} ,they could weld the support strip to the post for you hope this helps
