Anonymous user 03/03/2024 - 2.39 PM

The toilet is in perfect working order but the cisten is old and looking dated, is it posible just to change the cisten for a new one and fit to existing toilet.

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

yes indeed, but generally cisterns and toilets are matched so you will need to source the same make and model of toilet to be 100% sure it will fit.

If it's low level yes no problems. If it's close couple they come as a unit. Unless it's quite new always change both.
