leaking roof near the bottom ridge tile

My highly recommended roofer completed a few jobs for me, one of them was fixing the fault to the leak near the bottom ridge tile to the flat rubber felted dormer roof. He has sealed all places with silicone, but no improvement, he said he would return to try something else but has taken over 2 months, keep putting it off and making excuses, now not answering my calls. My friend said he has recommended the roofer to many people but never had this problem. I do live quite a distance away from him, but then he souldnt have taken the job on..... I have even texted him to return my call otherwise I will take further action. He still has not come back to me...I think he has got the money and simply don't want to come back.. I Don't really know what to do next, Pls help...Thanks.. I only have an official signed quote from him with all the jobs he was supposed to have done, it was for an air vent on the pitched roof, replacement of two backs gutters to two chimneys stacks which he has done but not a 1st class job apparently , replace a couple of broken tiles. Lastly check flat roof dormer abutments to tiled roof correcting any defect found. It, s the last job here which has not been completed properly.I do have a record of bank transfer to his account but not a receipt .the whole job costed me £560, does anybody think that I should take further action, e.g. writing him a letter to ask for a refund for that part of the job or even taking him to Court, is it worth doing it? Or will I be wasting my time..or should I just forget it?. I am just worried that he might be doing this to other people as well. Pls Advise, thanks a million ..
