Poor flush with Duravit Starck 3 toilet

Hi All, Does anyone have any experience with Duravit Starck 3 toilets? I have a back to wall model with concealed Geberit UP320 cistern just installed. Power of flush seems to be ok, however, it only goes to back and front sections whilst left and right sides aren't cleaned at all. Checked the holes and they seem to be fine. Any advice would be much appreciated. Many thanks

flush pipe is to far into the pan

Could be blocked in the pan , possibility the flush plpe may be too long the only way to rectify the problem would be to remove the pan and investigate,
