still having huge problems with my new windows and doors, 4 visits later there is a huge gap under front door after they adjusted it as it had gaps round the seals to the frame, now there is a huge gap in the corner where I can put my two fingers through right to the outside fram, lots of cold air coming through ! surley this isn't right ?
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

there should never be a gap on any door or window the outer edge of the frame should always be sat neatly onto the rubber seal if they are having problems getting all the seals to seat properly it might be worth putting a long spirit level onto the frame and check for it being level and plumb and square if it is not then a re fit may be required
