How much should it cost to remove one of the two boilers in a 3 bedroom house? I want to buy a house which has two combi boilers, one for downstairs and one for upstairs. The owner told me the house used to be two flats, so it has two separate Gas heating, but they come in same bill. It's costing to have two boilers in a house, I prefer one boiler only. Many Thanks!

To remove a boiler, and connect both flats into one circuit shouldn't be too expencive.
The problem could rise, if the boiler that you decide to keep will have enough power to provide heat and hot water for the bigger property, so you may have to replace both the boilers with a bigger one.
