Hi there, you dont say what sort of water supply there is in the home. Is it a combi boiler or do you have multiple bathrooms served from a store water system. hard to advise until inspected. You are best posting this as a job and get some quotes from reputable fitters in your area

Hi, I imagine you are on a combi boiler in a new house. If so you should find no problem with the hot water & the cold will be straight from the mains so the pressure should be good, 1.5bar mimimum normally. Regards Paul
