new windows not blocking noise or cold

hi just had the whole house done for new windows, they have large white upvc panels as all windows are full length, well the noise through the panels is unreal as well as the draughts, haven't paid yet as they managed to fit the cat flap in the wrong place, wrap the front door frame and other problems, I have said to them the noise and draughts are really bad (Certass registered company) but they seem un intrested, house is colder than it ever was with the old UPVc windows. can anyone tell me why ?? Really at the end of my tether and don't know where to turn

Hello, I would get hold of your local building control officer.
If you ring your local council they will put you through to the right person.

hello is this company fensa registered.
if so the company have to carry customer complaint forms issued by fensa.
fill this in and send it off to fensa they will help you out.

Fensa/certass only care about if the new Windows meet current building regs. You will be hard pressed to get them on side.
