HELP! Incorrectly installed insulation in a wood timber framed semi
Anonymous user 06/03/2024 - 2.31 PM
meaning the house had to be drilled twice...a crack appeared diagonally in the brickwork underneath the first floor bedroom window frame during removal. Also, a hairline crack along the ceiling above the window has since appeared with a faint watermark - possibly from the dormer roof above the window. Main concern is the noise inside the walls, especially when the winds are high. Apart from removing the plasterboards, is there any other way to check the inner-lining and everything is okay and intact? Nightmare.....

Borescope inspection is the best way (camera is inserted into the wall)
