Painting on to fresh plaster

We waited 3 weeks until we started painted we pained a mist of 30/70 paint to water them 50/50 on top then 2 coats of paint and it peeled away like wallpaper so we done again adding another coat of emulsion of 70/30 paint to water and it's happening again any advice help xx

Check also the plaster wasn't polished too much by plasterer. If it was no amount of watered down paint will help. the plaster needs rubbing down to allow paint to stick

You need to water your paint down much more so it almost just like a milky liquid. This will then seal the plaster, it should dry very quickly.. I hope this will be successful for you, good luck. M&G decorating service..
