Will 10mm T + E fit down a 25mm conduit.

I've been asked to pull a 10mm into kitchen to supply a 2 way board for the new kitchen circuits. There is a dining room in between the fuse box and the kitchen, the floors are solid and there is a tiled bathroom above. Only way to get there is conduits down the side of the house. Will a 10mm t + e fit down the conduit? Thanks in advance. Sam
