Hi ! I am planning to buy a new build and would like to know which House builder is more likely to colour the property in colours of my choice. I am not keen on moving into a plain house.

Most new builds are done in magnolia and white, best to go direct to the company building the houses and ask him if they can paint it to your colours.

Hi I have painted a few new builds and they are usually magnolia all the way through. I would suggest before you move in then decide on colours or wallpaper for each room and either do it yourself or get someone in to do it.
