i am looking for best way to provide hot water(electric heating) to 2 bedroom flats without lossing to much space or tennant hiting massive energy bill.many thanks

-heating electric. -no gas in the property -there is a bathroom ,kitchen and a cloakroom with a basin only. -mains pressure (static is around 2 bars)

HI If its convienient to do a cylinder with an element, your electric will be a little on the expensive side but you would have to pay for gas so you would save on that side. Regards

if you already have economy seven or more with the electric boiler I would look at a well insulated cylinder with an economy seven timer on a standard immersion type system put it up as a job on mybuilder.com you will then get professional prices and the information ask for 2 different systems to be quoted for. good luck kelvin
